The existing vehicle booking flow was designed around multiple screens, requiring users to navigate through several steps before they could confidently choose a vehicle. For micro-mobility, where bookings are often made within seconds, this created unnecessary friction.






The redesign was built around the hypothesis that reducing friction would help users make faster decisions and increase booking conversions. The solution also aimed to improve pricing transparency, reduce drop-off throughout the booking flow, and create a foundation for validating add-on placement and overall booking efficiency through user testing and operational metrics.
